 The original or a copy of the Company’ Articles of
Association and by-laws as well as all of the documents mentioned in Article 139 of the Executive Order dated March 23, 1967;
Reports, letters, and other documents, historical financial
information, expert evaluations and declarations requested by the issuer, part of which is included or addressed in this Reference document;
Financial information about the Group for the two years preceding the recorded document’s publication.

The annual information document required by article 451.1 of the “Code monétaire et financier” and article 222.7 of AMF general rules is

Resolutions to be voted on at General meetings are reported on the Company’s website at least fifteen days before the meeting takes place.
Required legal notices (BALO) are published within regulatory limits.
